Some people are much better than I am at addressing the elephant in the room. You would think I would be good at it, I was a counselor for years. I am not. I tend to tip toe around the elephant in the room in order to maintain relationships, but it is getting tricky. I may have to make friends with him and start the tough conversations because I need the space.
