We went to an elephant rehab on vacation. We got a chance to scrub the elephants with big brooms, feed them treats, and just snuggle. It was an amazing opportunity to get up close to these magnificent creatures without traveling to Africa. When I got home, I just had to paint Sally, bringing out her true beauty.
