Every year we spend a weekend at the beach with friends. One constant is morning mimosas. One of our friends calls it a mimosa, but it is really just champagne with a drop of orange juice. I don't love champagne, so my mimosa is mostly orange juice and a little champagne. It works out great as we don't run out of either!
